| 20260725 Caspian Gull Early morn on Cromer beach. 1st summer bird, rather worn and tertials missing from left wing. Excellent bill, a 2nd winter type, very streaky with a black distal end. Wing covert wear is extensive and reveals the dark brown secondaries in this wing. Note bug infestation around eye, overall not a healthy bird... |
